Congratulations to the 2026 Homecoming Gold Ambassador, Olivia Leasure! 🔥☝🏽✨👑
Olivia Leasure is a senior from Bay City, Michigan, and a Leadership Advancement Scholar at Central Michigan University. She maintains President’s List grades while pursuing a major in Communications with minors in Advertising, Leadership, and Marketing. A third-generation Chippewa, Olivia is proud to carry on her family’s Chippewa legacy and create her own lasting connection to Central Michigan University. Throughout her time at CMU, Olivia has been actively involved in campus life, holding officer positions in Program Board and Phi Sigma Sigma while also participating in Alternative Breaks and Beyond A Body. Through her involvement with Program Board, Olivia has helped create inclusive campus events and welcoming, safe spaces where students can build community and feel a sense of belonging. As the Digital Media Coordinator for the Leadership Institute, Olivia combines her passion for communication and creativity by marketing leadership events, engaging students through digital storytelling, and sharing the story and impact of the Leadership Institute movement. She also helps welcome student leaders to campus and create meaningful experiences that encourage connection, belonging, and leadership development. Olivia has further developed her professional skills through internships with The Savant Group and Bay Harbor Yacht Club, gaining experience in marketing, communications, and digital media. After graduation, Olivia hopes to pursue a career in marketing and communications where she can use her passion for digital storytelling to build community, create engaging experiences, and connect brands with their audiences. She is proud to continue her family’s Chippewa legacy and grateful for the experiences that have shaped her time at CMU. Fire Up Chips!
