ASLS at CMU

The American Sign Language Society or ASLS, is a registered student organization at Central Michigan University.

Our goal is to promote deaf awareness and aid students in improving their signing skills.

This Saturday, October 24, we will be hosting our annual get together at Papa's Pumpkin Patch from 2pm-4pm! Join us to pick out a pumpkin, do a corn maze, have some sweets, and chat with other using ASL!!

Papa's Pumpkin Patch is located here in Mt. Pleasant. Their address is: 3909 S Summerton Rd, Mt Pleasant, MI 48858. If you want to come, and need a rise, please DM us on Instagram, and we can arrange some sort of carpooling!!

ASL Rocks was SO much fun!! We were so lucky to have such a successful Deaf Awareness Week on campus, but this is your reminder that ASL events take place throughout the whole school year, not just during this week in September! We hope to see all of you who came out to enjoy Deaf Awareness Week at our meetings, as well as the fun events we do! 🔥☝

- ASL Rocks (7pm-9pm in Health Professions Building 1020)
