Cornell professor and artist Susannah Biondo-Gemmell’s exhibit opens one week from today, Aug. 28, in the Peter Paul Luce Gallery! “Be still, life.” explores motherhood, memory, nostalgia, and the fleeting nature of childhood through ceramic and textile works. The exhibition will be on display through Oct. 4.

Gavin Collyott ’29 spent his summer gaining hands-on research experience at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. Through an internship supported by Cornell’s Berry Career Institute, Collyott took the lead on a self-directed medical research project connected to his future goals in drug research. As a rising sophomore double majoring in mathematics and biochemistry and molecular biology, he’s got a strong vision for his future and is eager to take advantage of this opportunity.
