The EdS Program in School Psychology is a 3-year NASP accredited program leading to licensure eligibility as a school psychologist to work in school settings. reparation for the practice of professional psychology, specifically for entry-level practice in school psychology, a substantive area of professional psychology. School psychology is a professional discipline with the objective of enhancing the psychological and educational well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families through the provision of empirically derived assessment, consultation, prevention, and intervention services. The American Psychological Association has continuously accredited the Ph.D. Program in Educational Psychology (School) since 1985. It is also approved by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).

Congratulations to some of our EdS graduates getting their degrees conferred tomorrow! Brianna Poore will be a school psychologist at Southwest Allen County Schools in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jess Otey will be a school psychologist at Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District in Michigan, and Anna Peabody will be joining the school psychology team at Hamilton Southeastern Schools in Fishers, Indiana. Way to go!!

Our highlight of upcoming graduates continues with Dr. Emma Grubbs, who has finished internship, defended her doctoral dissertation, and is heading soon to start a pediatric neuropsychology postdoctoral fellowship at the University of West Virginia Medical Center! Commencement is coming up! We want to celebrate and congratulate (almost) Dr. Emily Hanlon, whose dissertation is titled "21st Century Scholars' Pathway to College: A Mixed-methods Analysis of Mentoring Relationships, Peer Influences, Parent Engagement, and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy." Emily is finishing her internship at BoysTown in Nebraska and starting post-doc at Thriving Minds in Michigan! Congratulations, Emily!
