For 30 years, the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program has been building something bigger than a degree. Since 1996, it has been forging the next generation of leaders for the concrete industry.

Dr. Heather Brown knows exactly why that matters. She has seen both sides of the equation: the classroom and the hiring floor. Her message to employers is clear. CIM graduates arrive ready to contribute on day one, not month six, the demand for these grads outpaces the supply, year after year, and companies across the industry, from ready-mix producers to contractors, are actively recruiting CIM talent.

We are so proud to have honored 72 incredible graduates at this year's Awards Banquet and Hard Hat Ceremony! The School of Concrete and Construction Management's Class of 2026 celebrated with family and industry partners who have supported them every step of the way.
