As many know, we lost a dear student, Serena Bennett, in May 2025. In honor of Serena’s adventurous spirit and love for travel while exploring God’s creation we have started a memorial travel fund to help students pursue the adventures she loved and helped shape the wonderful person she was. CRITTER CORNER: Meet our gila monster Grumpy (Heloderma suspectum)! Gila monsters are a near threatened species. They are solitary desert dwellers that can live 20-30 years.

CRITTER CORNER: meet our yellow headed geckos (Gonatodes albogularis) mustard, marmalade, and muffin. Yellow headed geckos actually lack toe pads and rely on their claws to climb.
