After winning her heat in the preliminary round of the 400m hurdles at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Alivia Henkel broke her own school record with a time of 59.99 and became the first athlete in CCIW history to break the 60-second barrier in the event! 🔥❤️‍🔥 She advances to tomorrow’s national final at 3:15 PM!
