I graduated with a Marketing degree and started with Southwestern after graduation. Since I have came into Southwestern I have personally trained 40 college students and have worked with 100 college students to help them run their own business over the summer time and teach them great work habits, positive attitude, and self- confidence. Recruiting Season- I recruit, train, manage, and prepare har
d working college students for the hardest summer job they could choose for the summer time. I prepare them technically and emotionally with any situation that could occur. I teach them how to run and operate their own business for the summertime from accounting, budgeting, scheduling, sales, inventory, and delivery of product. Summer Season- I establish success principles through direct sales with schedule, positive attitude, goal setting, and self-motivation. I have reached out to over 9,000 familes in West Virginia, Tennesee, and Ohio. The feeling of accomplishment I feel after each summer is one I can not explain. I could not ask for a better way to spend a summertime than selling books with Southwestern and meeting as many people as I have the opportunity to meet.
