Kesha Mitchell has always been passionate about empowering youth and making a positive impact in her community. Growing up, she saw the challenges that many young people faced, including lack of opportunities and guidance. This motivated her to establish TUG Youth Empowerment Youth Development in Nashville, Tennessee in 2023.

TUG Youth Empowerment is not just a typical youth organization. It is a movement that aims to inspire and empower young individuals to be agents of change in their own lives and communities. Through various programs and activities, Kesha and her team are committed to providing holistic support for our youth's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

One of the main goals of TUG Youth Empowerment is to encourage youth to get involved in their communities and schools. Kesha firmly believes that when young people are actively engaged in their surroundings, they can bring about positive change and make a difference. This could be through volunteering, participating in community events, or joining school clubs and organizations.

In addition to empowering youth, Kesha also recognizes the importance of involving parents in their child's life. TUG Youth Empowerment serves as a platform for parents to get involved in their child's education and development. By fostering stronger connections between parents and their kids.
