Our final School of Natural Sciences retreat was held at Novaparke. We took this opportunity to recognize our outgoing Dean, Pam Connerly, and enjoy the collegiality this school has experienced over the years.

An Indiana University Southeast Class of 2023 alumnus is stepping into that next chapter following a memorable Match Day experience.

Ryan Hayman, who earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, matched at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where he will begin a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program.

Last week, our field biology students returned from an incredible trip to Indonesia with Indiana University Southeast Biology instructors Dr. Omar Attum and Dr. Suparna Mukhopadhyay.

Congratulations to Devon Erickson for receiving the American Chemical Society (ACS) Outstanding Graduating Student Award at the ACS local chapter's awards banquet this week! Along with this prestigious recognition, she received a book and a monetary prize. (Photos provided by Dr. Nidhi Shah)

Devon is graduating from Indiana University Southeast this spring with her Chemistry degree, and plans to further her education by pursuing a Medical Laboratory Science degree this fall.
