Join us for Mindful Movement Yoga, beginning Monday, August 17, and discover the benefits of taking time each week to reconnect with yourself. This welcoming 5-week class meets Mondays from 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., making it the perfect opportunity to stretch, strengthen, breathe, and reset before heading into the rest of your week.
