The For All Ages organization will distribute these cards to veterans, residents of assisted living and memory care facilities, and patients in hospitals throughout Hartford and central Connecticut to bring joy this holiday season!

We are excited to announce that we will offer two 5-week Balance Assessment and Exercise Programs sessions this fall here at the clinic! These sessions, open to individuals of all ages, are designed to help you improve your balance and overall well-being.

Session 1: September 9 - October 14
Session 2: October 21 - November 25.
