🚨 Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Simulation 🚨
In this joint response exercise, our MSAT students applied key emergency management principles used in real-world situations. From primary survey (ABCs) and cervical spine stabilization to tourniquet application, patient assessment and coordinated transfer of care, every step reinforced critical clinical decision-making.
Simulations like this bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and clinical practice—helping students develop the skills needed to respond efficiently, communicate effectively, and prioritize patient safety in high-pressure situations.
💡 Are you ready to think fast, act confidently, and provide life-saving care when it matters most?
Big thank you to our comrades at New Britain EMS for helping the facilitation of these exercises! It’s always a blast to learn from the best! And thank you to our nursing and exercise science students who played very convincing victims!
