Parent Organization: Student Activities / Leadership Development
The Chinese Students Association is an undergraduate student-run campus club which educates Chinese culture through various activities and events. Our goal is to expand the communication between Chinese students and local friends; to experience some of the rich aspects Chinese culture as well as to introduce & integrate cultures of
other origins. It is encouraged to promote school diversity; to engage new students to be involved and to experience life in the United States of America. The purpose of this club is to:
Educate certain aspects of Chinese culture
In order to do this in an interesting way, we will be forming a trip to Chinatown, watch Chinese films, cooking together or eating out at authentic Chinese restaurants (a great opportunity to use chopsticks), & learning key components of the languages that are spoken throughout the main land of China.
