Mason Gross alums, we're turning 50, and we're looking for photos of your misspent youth here on campus! All throughout our golden anniversary in 2026, we'll be sharing pictures of alums performing, working, or just hanging out on campus during their time at MGSA. We want it all: Show us your high hair, your goth phase, your skinny eyebrows. Photos of memorabilia like tickets, shirts, or event programs are also encouraged!

1976, meet 2026: Rutgers Theater alum Ben Bettenbender, part of MGSA's first entering class of 80 students in September 1976, sits down for a wide-ranging conversation with class of 2026 Mason Gross Dance student JoAna Marie Henigan.

Congrats to recent Theater costuming alum Emily Knapp (BFA'25), who created a Met Gala gown for former "Love Island: USA" host Arielle Vandenberg in a brand activation with House of Hellmann's Mayo. Yep, you read that right: Knapp, ahem, whipped up this garlic-inspired gown in just one week using organdy, organza, horsehair, and can-can tulle inside silk satin garlic cloves.
