Rutgers University Mounted Patrol is the only student run Mounted Unit in the nation!

All mounted patrol members are Community Service Officers who are uniformed, unarmed, paid employees of the RUPD.

Big smiles and lots of Scarlet Pride for Rutgers Day!! Our mounted patrol horses had an amazing time meeting the community and representing Rutgers Public Safety! Thank you to everyone who stopped by and showed us some love, even through the rain! 🐴❤️

The horses had a great time patrolling in the lovely weather this weekend! 😎 They got to meet 4-H students of all ages at the Rutgers Farm and students visiting Rutgers for the food science college bowl! We also hope to see future scarlet knights this weekend for admitted students open house- stop by the Cook Student Center to give them some love 😄❤️
