Rutgers completed its biggest comeback in 27 years on Sunday night, roaring back from a 19-point second-half deficit to defeat Penn State in an epic 59-56 win at the Bryce Jordan Center.

The Scarlet Knights (18-10, 10-8) outscored their hosts 36-14 in the final 17 minutes. They held the Nittany Lions (17-12, 8-10) without a field goal for the final 9:16 of the game, forcing them to miss their final 14 shot attempts. They snapped a three-game losing streak in State College and got their season back on track.
