Kayla Maiuri is the author of Mother in the Dark (Riverhead, 2022). Her essays, stories, and criticism have appeared in The New York Times Book Review, BOMB, Joyland, and elsewhere. A graduate of the writing program at Columbia University School of the Arts, she is currently a judge for the National Book Critics Circle Gregg Barrios Book in Translation Prize.
Adam Dalva’s writing has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, The New York Times, and The New York Review of Books. He is the President of the National Book Critics Circle. Adam is a Contributing Editor of The Yale Review, and an Assistant Teaching Professor of Creative Writing at Rutgers University
