🎶 History came alive at the Rutgers University—New Brunswick Lifelong Learning Center!

OLLI RU at Rutgers University learners explored Irish Rebellions in Song and Story with instructor Hank McNally and The Cook College Ramblers. Through music and storytelling, participants experienced an engaging, immersive session that highlighted the power of lifelong learning to inspire curiosity, connection, and community.

📸 Seen at Rutgers University: Middle and high school students from across New Jersey showcased real-world climate solutions at the Climate Change Summit, hosted by Center for Mathematics, Science and Computer Education.

Students presented projects ranging from hydroponic mini-farms to rain gardens, highlighting sustainable initiatives with the potential to positively impact both local and global communities. 🌎

This full-day event brought together educators and community partners, including presenters Thomas F. Yezerski, Alison Kavchok, Somerville High School, Allison Mulch, Missy Holzer, and David Robinson.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the Rutgers Climate and Energy Institute, New Jersey Audubon, Lower Raritan Watershed Partnership, Raritan Headwaters Association, Office of the NJ State Climatologist, and New Jersey Department of Education.
