Hi, y’all! We are not done fighting for health equity yet! We have created the Yale Health Equity Initiative (YHEI) because we believe that healthcare is a human right. COVID-19 has only widened the structural inequities that plague our healthcare system, specifically in Yale health insurance, queer/trans healthcare, and mental healthcare for students. YHEI will advocate for progressive policy change. Research directors, policy writers, and outreach coordinator positions are open, and we are looking for committed students to join us in this fight!
