🏠 The Room Change Process is now LIVE!
If you are interested in changing your on-campus housing assignment, please review the steps and important information below before submitting your request.
How to sign up:
1. Open Banner Student and go to the MyHousing tab.
2. Select Applications on the left side.
3. Select the Room Change Request form and complete it.
4. On Wednesday, September 9, between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., log in to MyHousing to view available spaces.
5. Select Room Selection → Select a Room/Suite → No Filter → Find Available Rooms, then choose your new room.
Important dates:
• Wednesday, September 9: Deadline to submit your Room Change Request and room selection takes place between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday, September 12: Students participating in the process must move out of their current assignment between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and move into their new assignment between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
 
Please keep in mind:
• Space is extremely limited in North Campus Midrise, Schwartz, Brownell, and West Campus Suites.
• Vacant double rooms are unlikely to be available.
• Roommate matching is not available through the room change process.
• Selecting an empty room does not guarantee a private room; you may be relocated to a space with another student to consolidate spaces.
• Once you confirm your bed assignment and submit your selection, your room change is final, and you will no longer be entitled to your previous room.
• Roommate matches must be removed from your account before participating.
• Your meal plan may be adjusted depending on the room type selected.
• West Campus is not open to first-year students, except students accepted into the Honors College.
