Last week, our Graduate Writing Lab partnered with the Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine and Marx Library to give grad students a peek into the world of scientific publishing. Journal editors and conference program chairs shared real-world advice for anyone looking to get published ✍️🧪
From defining research goals early on and planning for Plans A, B, and C, to navigating rejection and using AI tools thoughtfully, the panel offered practical guidance on what helps research move forward and stand out.
