Our Gift to You: An Evening with Janet Gipson

Absoulutely Balanced, WWN & FLY invites you to a mental health check-in—a thoughtful pause to reconnect with what matters most and assess how you’re really doing across the dimensions that shape a fulfilled life. Through reflective conversation and somatic awareness, we’ll explore where you feel grounded, where you feel stretched, and where small shifts could create meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating a transition, carrying invisible weight, or simply ready to tune in more deeply, we invite you to slow down, listen inward, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

We’re also proud to support our friends at FLY in fundraising for the Lustgarten Foundation to advance pancreatic cancer research and bring hope to families impacted by this disease. https://hope.lustgarten.org/fundraisers/YaleSuperstars3325

Dear friends:

Support the causes that matter most to you during The Great Give 2026! With more than 560 participating local nonprofits, this is a great opportunity to explore organizations you already care about and discover new ones making a difference in our community.

The event will take place from 8:00 a.m. on May 6 through 8:00 p.m. on May 7. Every gift, starting at just $10, helps unlock a portion of $218,000 in matching funds and prizes for participating nonprofits. Your support can truly go further during this time.

Now in its 17th year, The Great Give is a 36-hour, online, community-wide giving event led by The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven. It was created to raise both visibility and critical funding for nonprofits serving Greater New Haven. Last year alone, the event raised an incredible $4.41 million for 544 local organizations, and this year, the goal is to reach $5 million!

Your generosity couldn’t come at a better time. Join thousands of others in supporting our local community.
