Bill Pullen on coaching and therapy: "I think there's a tremendous amount of overlap between the two."

On this episode of Long Life Learning, Kavitha Bindra is joined by Bill Pullen, a leadership coach to C-suite executives and global leaders with Cultivating Leadership, and former Director of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership.

Bill, who will serve as Program Director for the forthcoming Certificate in Professional Coaching, explores where coaching and therapy meet. He outlines his three-phase approach to a coaching engagement and makes the case for leading as a "host."

And that's a wrap on the September cohort of the Women's Leadership Program (WLP)!

It was incredible to serve participants from Kenya, Peru, Brazil, Australia, Poland, and across the United States. To our participants: thank you for your energy and diverse perspectives, making this cohort truly memorable.

We are grateful to our faculty, Emma Seppälä, Ph.D., Heidi Brooks, David C. Tate, Sharon Ravitch, Ph.D., Rodrigo Canales, and Zoe Chance, who generously shared their passions, academic research, and lived experience. Thank you for leading activities that gave participants space to practice a well-rounded approach to leadership.
