Dance Fit New Orleans is an innovative community outreach based initiative that provides unique fitness based movement programs geared to promote health and well being! Our programs are fun, academic, and used as motivational tools for learning. We specialize in many forms of dance and exercise including hip hop, tap, ballet, contemporary, jazz, flamenco, yoga, zumba, hula, second line, bounce,afr

ican and many other social standards. Our teachers are highly certified performing artists that are committed to sharing their experience, passion, and love of dance to with the community. We have created programs for New Orleans Ballet Association, Light House For The Blind New Orleans, New Orleans Public Library's African American Resource Center, Ashe' Cultural Arts Center, Urban League College Track, ReNew Schools, and Young Audiences New Orleans to name a few. 🎃 Flash Mob New Orleans 14th Annual Thriller Flashmob Workshop Experience 2025
Flash Mob New Orleans invites the public to join the 14th Annual Thriller Flashmob Workshop, an eight-week dance series celebrating Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller.”

The eight-week dance series is open to the public and perfect for all ages and skill levels. Classes will be held every Saturday from September 13 to October 25, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Anne Burr Dance Studio, located at 1128 Dublin Street (upstairs at the corner of Oak & Dublin). Participants will learn Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller” choreography, explore the history behind his legendary moves, and take part in secret flash mob routines leading up to a final citywide performance on Halloween Day, October 31, 2025.
The full session costs $100, or $10 per class. To register, email [email protected] or call 504-453-6991.
Open to all ages and skill levels.
