Meet our Coordinator Sarah!

Sarah earned her B.S. in Dietetics with a minor in Culinary Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mimuli, Rwanda. As a Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health Educator, her work included assisting with vaccinations, assessing and interpreting growth monitoring data for malnutrition, providing essential antenatal care education, and distributing nutritious supplements.

This is Sarah’s second year at Tulane, where she is pursuing an MSPH in Nutrition for Registered Dietitians, and is currently completing her Dietetic internship. Sarah is excited for another amazing year in New Orleans!
