July 2 - August 7, 2026 Join us for a unique study abroad experience in Innsbruck, Austria.

Earn college credit while living in the Heart of the Alps and explore Central Europe on the weekends. THE INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL is a 6-week summer program, held in one of the most beautiful, scenic, and historic spots of Europe: Innsbruck. You can choose from about 50 undergraduate and graduate credit courses taught by excellent American and European faculty. All courses are taught in English and are selected from disciplines in Liberal Arts, Science, Social Science, and Business. On the 3-day weekends, you will have plenty of time and opportunity to travel and discover Europe.

As we count down to the end of this year’s LSU New Orleans Innsbruck Summer School, we wanted to introduce you to the people that make it all happen!
We are so fortunate to have an incredible team who work for the summer school, and we are so thankful to them all for their hard work and support, and especially for all the laughs we have along the way.

With our 50th anniversary summer school just over a week away, your alumni pictures and memories are becoming more and more special. Thank you to everyone who reached out over the past week!

Today we are looking as far back as the 1970s, and it’s wonderful to see familiar backgrounds that have stood the test of time and still provide wonderful views for our current students.
