Homecoming is stronger when companies choose to invest in Xavier students and believe in the talent our university produces.

Thank you to Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a Colgate-Palmolive company, for sponsoring Homecoming 2026 and for supporting Xavier for the past few years. Hill’s has hired several Xavierites, supported our students and continued to show up for our Xavier community.

Some alumni come home for Homecoming. Dr. Ida Rose ‘95 helps make it happen.

Thank you to The Children’s Dental Group for sponsoring Homecoming 2026. Dr. Rose was the first alumna to commit as a Homecoming sponsor, and whenever Xavier calls, she answers. Her practice in Lithia Springs, Georgia, cares for children’s smiles with the same heart she carried off this campus.

She says Xavier gave her so much that supporting it is the least she can do. We say she’s done a whole lot more than the least.

It is here, Xavierites! The Xavier Ochsner College of Medicine has received preliminary accreditation and will welcome its inaugural class in 2027!

As the only HBCU medical school in the Gulf South, the Xavier Ochsner College of Medicine extends Xavier’s century-long legacy of excellence in STEM and health sciences and combines it with Ochsner’s strength in patient care, research and physician training.

Now, talented students committed to serving others through medicine can pursue that possibility here at Xavier.
