Contact by email for the pre-registration form and Action Plan.

[email protected]

This is a great opportunity for pre-med students to meet with representatives, learn more about the medical school, and ask questions about admissions and preparing a competitive application.

To reserve your spot, you MUST complete BOTH of the following by October 8th at 8:00 AM:

1. Complete the Pre-Registration Form
https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/8n8bL85nE5?origin=lprLink
Pre-registration is required to confirm that we have enough students to meet the minimum attendance needed for an in-person visit.

2. Complete and Email the ACTION PLAN

We highly encourage our pre-med students to take advantage of this opportunity to connect directly with a medical school and learn more about the admissions process.
We look forward to seeing everyone there.
Best,
Alpha Epsilon Delta & Dr. Schluchter
