🎉 Congratulations, Bob Espenschied! 🎉
Bob Espenschied of New Philadelphia has been named the 2026 Kent State Tuscarawas Community Service Award recipient for a lifetime of service to our campus and community.
A U.S. Army veteran and retired banking leader, Bob has dedicated decades to organizations including United Way, the Red Cross, Boy Scouts, 4‑H, the Tuscarawas Philharmonic, and Jerusalem Church. He has also given 30 years of service to the Kent State Tuscarawas County University Foundation, including four years as president.
Bob’s message to graduates: work with integrity, give back, cherish relationships, and live with faith and humility.
