Hello PDS!
Many of you pre-dents emailed us about joining our E-board and we are delighted to announce that the time has come! As the semester is coming to an end, we will be electing our E-board and subsequent positions for the upcoming school year (Fall 2021- Spring 2022). We've added a few new positions to our roster, please read the blurbs for more information about the position.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Email us ([email protected]) a description that includes the following:
- Name, Year, and Declared Major (or of interest)
- A professional picture of yourself
- A short description of your interest in the club, why you feel you would be the best fit for the position, and how you intend to enhance the club through this role.
*Please keep the description no longer than 1 page!
2. You may only apply to one position! Keep your reasoning strong!
3. Be able to commit 1 school year.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
1. Secretary In Training
Role: Will learn about the Secretary responsibilities. Schedule meetings, provide records of meetings (when school resumes in person), manage the club email
Expectation: Begin an active role once performance is sufficient. Current Secretary will supervise.
2. Director of Shadowing & Volunteering - In charge of finding opportunities for pre-dental members (online & in person)
3. Event coordinator - Contacting other organizations & providing paperwork for the corresponding events.
4. Social Media Manager - Manages all relative social media sites and promotes club events
Expectation: Social media savvy & will be working with the VP
