The Campus Magazine is the oldest student-run publication within the CUNY system. It was founded in 1907, when the City College of New York (CCNY) relocated its main campus from East 23rd Street to Hamilton Heights. It was published in broadsheet format until 2010, after which the publication changed to magazine format. The Magazine acts as a “paper of record” of events and policies related to the CCNY campus and its surrounding communities.

Hey CCNY! Meet our Managerial Team 💻

If you’d like to join us, come by NAC 1/119. We are open Monday - Friday, hope to see you there!🦫



I joined the magazine and served as the former News Editor and Managing Editor until Spring 2025. I came back in Spring 2026 to help manage the Campus and improve it administrative side as I have done in student leadership across my time here at CCNY. I am most excited to get to publish my writing again and work alongside two of my favorite people in the world Fae and Nhat-Dinh.

Hobbies: Writing, cooking & baking, crocheting, sewing, reading (just finished the scarlet letter), collecting vinyl records and purses, doing makeup, weight lifting, painting, playing the harmonica, plus I am learning how to play the guitar.

My interests are in education access, the study of systemic oppression, as well as finding ways to put an end to domestic and gender-based violence. My goals are to go to law school next fall and to specialize in the following practice areas: criminal law with a focus on human trafficking public policy and governmental accountability or public interest law.

I am also a college assistant at the CCNY LGBTQ+ Student Center and an alumna of the Moynihan Public Service Fellowship. I am also an alumna of the Next Gen Summer Policy Academy (SPA/PPIA) where I spent my summer at Howard University and then finished off the program at UC Berkeley to study the intersection of law and public policy.

I joined the magazine to contribute to the CCNY community! I’ve always been interested in photography and journalism despite pursuing a degree in engineering. My hobbies include building 3D puzzles, collecting trinkets, and spending time with my cat & dog. Feel free to connect and chat with me anytime. I’m excited for this upcoming semester and can’t wait to show you all what we’ve been working on!

I joined the magazine because I want to be more involved in CCNYs community. What I’m most excited about this semester is being able to be a part of what it takes to maintain a magazine. I really like traveling, jazz clubs and trying new foods.

Meet our amazing Creative Team! 🎨



Hi everyone! My name is Nhat-Dinh. I joined The Campus Magazine as the Art Director a little over a year ago because I missed doing layout. I’m self-taught and always learning. I enjoy creating community, especially with creative individuals, so I’m excited to see what this semester has in store! If I’m not in the magazine room, I’m either at the library or on a long walk. Please stop by our room (NAC 1/119) to say hello!

Joining the Magazine was an opportunity for me to connect with city college students and the community at large through visual means. I’m excited to create spreads and collaborate with other artists and designers to best highlight and support their visual needs. Outside of the campus, I’m an illustrator with a current fixation on the Southern Gothic and cowboys.

Art and design have always been my outlets to express my passions, so I am so excited to continue to do so, while exploring new interests, at The Campus! In my free time, I love to sing and travel— one goal I have is to attend a concert in every place I visit (successful so far!!)

I joined The Campus magazine as a creative outlet to make art while connecting with people who share similar passions. I’m excited to work on meaningful (and fun!) topics this semester while hopefully strengthening our school spirit. Outside of class, you can usually find me trying new food spots with friends or traveling. Fun fact: I’ve walked the entire length of Manhattan twice (NOT the perimeter) !

I joined the magazine because I wanted to continue working with graphic design after learning it for 3 years in high school. I’m most excited about getting involved on campus. I like to play video games, watch anime, listen to R&B and Pop, and collect/play TCGs.

As a person who loves taking photos on any free day, why not take my talent to the campus magazine. I’m most excited for the events and stories I’ll be able to capture and be a part of CCNY history. I initially joined the team as a photographer as it was a minor hobby I wanted to work on, after being around for a year I was offered EIC by the previous Editor-In-Chief. I enjoy reading, occasionally writing, digital art, music and fashion!

I joined The Campus because of how historic and monumental the magazine is and being able to contribute and add on to this legacy is a dream of mine. This semester I am excited about getting to know new people, network, and learning what makes a great editor. I love sports, working out, and writing!

I joined the magazine because I’ve always loved writing but never had a good outlet to share it with other people. I’m most excited to get the magazine up and running with a bang again and get people excited for our new issues. I really love to draw and make stickers for my friends as my gifts of appreciation for them. I hope to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker while also continuing to draw and write as a hobby so I can still be creative in a field that doesn’t necessarily require it.

Therefore, I joined The Paper to experience being part of a team and putting my writing skills to use. I am majoring in English with a concentration in Creative Writing while completing the Publishing Certificate.
