and international students and professionals. Our degree programs attract students from the United States and around the world who seek specialized knowledge, substantive training, and career advancement. We also offer certificate programs and research opportunities for U.S. and foreign-trained lawyers and students, as well as conferences and symposia that explore issues at the forefront of today's global legal practice.

The second year of our In-House Counsel Institute kicks off in just one week! Led by our very own Toni Jaeger-Fine, and in collaboration with DLA Piper , this program is a perfect way for those who work in-house (or anyone considering a transition!) to start off their Fall. As our new students start their first official week of classes, we wanted to throw it back one more time to the graduating class of 2026 - with a reminder to our current students, this day comes around faster than you’d think! We encourage you to take advantage of every opportunity, connect with your fellow classmates and faculty, and most of all, enjoy your time here at Fordham Law. We’ll be looking forward to you all crossing that stage in May!

And that’s a wrap on the nineteenth year of our Summer Institute program! We loved having this group with us over the last few weeks, which included multiple excursions including a courthouse visit, a law firm panel, a Yankees game, and of course so much learning inside the classroom. Closing out at the iconic Empire rooftop was the perfect way to end - we look forward to the bright futures these students have ahead!

It was a beautiful (if a bit hot 🥵) graduation day this past Monday as we celebrated our 2026 LL.M. M.S.L., and S.J.D. graduates! While bittersweet to see them go, they join a strong, global alumni network. Congrats to our grads!

We can’t believe how quickly this semester’s Legal English Institute has flown by! We’re looking forward to celebrating our time with our current LEI students, pictured here, at our closing celebration next week.

Before we know it, we’ll be welcoming our Fall LEI cohort to on August 19. Seats are filling up quickly, but there’s still time to apply.
