Join us in celebrating the release of Theory, Research, and Action in Urban Education’s 2026 issue: Upholding the Thawabet (الثوابت).

Anchored in the Thawabet—the uncompromisable constants of the Palestinian struggle—the works in this volume contend with the question: With Palestine as our moral compass, how might we reclaim education as a tool of epistemological liberation?

This special issue brings together theoretical, empirical, and reflective contributions from youth organizers, educators, artists, academic researchers, and more. We invite you to take a look and give it a read: https://traue.commons.gc.cuny.edu/

Please RSVP at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/TRAUE-2026

A Zoom option is available!
