Congratulations to the amazing students who completed the 2021 Intensive Transactional Lawyering Program (ITRANS) at Cardozo School of Law today! We're so proud of your hard work. This year, ITRANS was fully remote, and students and practitioner coaches joined from all over the world. We are so grateful for the many lawyers who joined us to play the roles of clients, drafting coaches and negotiation observers in our simulated M&A transaction.

This 2-week intensive course is co-taught by Heyman Center Director Jill Gautier and the Director of Cardozo's Indie Film Clinic, Michelle Greenberg-Kobrin.
