Behind so many of the events, experiences, and moments that make campus dining special is a team that believes in creating the best experience possible for our Johnnies, and Scott is a huge part of that. His support, collaboration, and commitment help us bring your favorite events to life all year long.
 
Scott, thank you for being such an incredible partner to the student experience. We truly appreciate everything you do and are grateful to work alongside you every day.

One last late night with the BEST vibes 🌙✨

Midnight Breakfast: Cinco de Mayo Edition was the ultimate way to close out the semester 🎉 From breakfast for dinner and nonstop energy to our live Mariachi Band, professional Mexican dancers, and the massive 24 ft inflatable slide… Montgoris was the place to be 🔥💃🎺

Thank you to every Johnnie who came out, danced, sang along, and made our final event of the semester one to remember ❤️

As we head into Study Days, Finals Week, and Summer Intersession, please be aware that dining hours across campus will be changing! Be sure to check the updated Hours of Operation so you can stay fueled, focused, and fed throughout finals season 🍔☕️🥗

Don’t forget to use your Dining Dollars and Meal Points at our retail locations before they expire on May 31st ⏰ Stock up on snacks, grab your favorite drinks, and fuel up before the semester wraps up!

Classes are wrapping up… finals are creeping in… so we’re throwing one last BIG celebration before the chaos begins ✨🌙🎉

Midnight Breakfast is BACK with a Cinco de Mayo takeover at Montgoris Dining Hall on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 from 9 PM–1 AM 🔥

Take a break before finals week and pull up for breakfast for dinner, surprise entertainment, live DJ vibes, inflatables, free samples, giveaways, and a night you’ll definitely be talking about after 👀

Bring your friends, show up hungry, and celebrate the end of the semester the right way 💃🌵

A few important things to know:
✨ Montgoris will be open for regular dinner service from 5 PM–7 PM
🌙 Midnight Breakfast will reopen at 9 PM for the event
🎟 Entry for Midnight Breakfast will be through Market Café at Montgoris
⚡ FREE for all SJU students with a valid StormCard
