International Studies at Marymount Manhattan College

The International Studies Program at Marymount Manhattan is anchored in the critical investigation and practice of human rights and development.

The department of International Studies, within the Division of Humanities and Social Sciences at MMC, is dedicated to the advancement and enrichment of our students' study and scholarship within international business, politics, and development. The curriculum is built around core courses that examine the dynamics and institutions of the global economy and international politics, as well as the h

istorical origins of the global system. These core courses are supplemented with study in geography, history, sociology, and foreign languages, as well as courses that explore the cultural dimensions of human communities.
