August was such an incredible month, and as we wrap up summer, we are gearing up for one of the biggest chapters in our company’s history.

September is fully packed. Productions are lined up, new projects are kicking off, and the calendar has the entire team fired up. But before we dive into the hustle, there is something truly special to celebrate: On September 10th, Red Summit Productions turns 16.

Sixteen years ago, RSP started with a single Mac, one camera, and a small New York City apartment. Today, we operate from the 30th floor of the Grand Central Building with an incredible team, a world-class client roster, and productions that take us around the globe. From pharmaceutical shoots on the Upper East Side and automotive campaigns in remote national parks, to hospital networks, celebrity talent, and live global events; it has been nothing short of extraordinary.

To our clients: thank you for your unwavering trust and for letting us be a part of your story. To our team: thank you for showing up every single day with relentless hard work and creativity.

And we are just getting started.

To celebrate our "Sweet 16," we went back to the drawing board and rebuilt our digital home from the ground up. Our brand-new website features an elevated layout, updated branding, deep-dive case studies, and a full showcase of our capabilities and team.

This milestone is for the city that made us, the clients who trusted us, and the team that built this with us.

POV: You are on set with Red Summit, filming the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai White Coat Ceremony at the Ziegfeld Ballroom. Filmed through our Meta glasses.

Students celebrating with their families, the next generation of doctors and researchers stepping into their moment, and our video screening live as part of it all. Three years in a row and the magic of this moment only deepens. That is what we work for.

What most people do not see is everything that goes into a live event of this scale: multiple cameras coordinated across the floor, constant communication with the venue and client, and a team that has to be locked in from the moment doors open to the final frame. There is zero room for error at a live event, which is exactly why the team you build matters so much.

A huge thank you to our incredible crew and freelancers on this one. "Talented" does not even begin to cover it. When you surround yourself with the right people, a production of this magnitude becomes an absolute joy to run. They make the heavy lifting look seamless, and we do not take that for a single second for granted.

NYC summer nights hit a little different when Lady Liberty is your backdrop.

We wrapped up our week LIVE from Battery Park on site with Adventure Society, capturing a Fireside Chat with Ambre Hasson as she prepares for the 2028 Vendée Globe, the toughest solo sailing race on earth. High energy, incredible stories, and inspiration all around.

Heading into September, the variety of work coming through our doors is wild:

- A national podcaster in NYC for a 5-day shoot

- A famous cat (yes, really)

- A professional athlete

- Innovative sleeping device campaigns

- International bank content

- NJ film permitting

For us, client care means adapting to every vision, whether that’s an offshore sailor or a world-class athlete. Range is what keeps us sharp, and taking care of the people who trust us with their story is why we do it.

POV: You are on set with Allegrone Companies in MA

Earlier this month we headed up to 60 Wells Street in Greenfield, Massachusetts, one of the newest construction sites for Allegrone. Video, photography, and drone all rolling to capture the scale and craftsmanship of what they are building on the ground.

There is something about being on a construction site that hits close to home for us. Both start with an idea. Both start from scratch. Whether it is steel and concrete or cameras and crew, Allegrone and Red Summit share the same DNA: expertise, precision, and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible result for our clients from the ground up. We build productions the same way they build structures. With intention, with care, and with a team that takes pride in every single detail.

A big shoutout to Noah, our drone operator on this one, for capturing the kind of aerial perspective that puts the full scale of a project like this into context.

At Red Summit Productions, we put the pieces together...

Finding the perfect gym in New York City for world class talent is no small task. But that is exactly what we do and love to deliver.

Most people don't see everything that happens before a single crew member shows up on set for crafty. Finding the right location is a process that can take weeks. This involves internet searches, reaching out to location managers, boots on the ground scouting, back and forth on availability, permitting, and ensuring the space not only looks right on camera but works logistically for the full production crew and the client. Ceiling height, natural light, power access, load in routes: every detail gets evaluated before we ever say yes to a space. It sounds simple. It is anything but…

For this pharmaceutical production, we needed a gym that could hold its own on camera next to A-plus talent, and our team scouted until we found exactly that right here in the city. Fourteen-plus crew members were on set with an equal number of clients: Our EP, Michael Krentzman, Senior Producer, Ryan Rivard, Production Coordinator, Harrison Sims, DP Ian McGrew, camera operator Patrick Mullen, AC Alejandro Lazare, DIT Brian Murphy, audio Steve Nelson, gaffer Jono Baudoin, key grip Rommel Genciana, teleprompter operator Jen Marshall, prop stylist penelope bouklas, photographer joshua cogan, and three production assistants were all locked in from the first setup to the last shot.

Pharmaceutical work is some of the most detail-oriented production we do, and we love it for exactly that reason. Every element has to be right. The location, the lighting, the talent, the ex*****on. No shortcuts.

That is Red Summit. Over 15 years in New York City means we know how to get it done: every ask, every goal, for every client.

POV: Filming future doctors on campus at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai through our Meta glasses.

We talk a lot about our freelancers because they are the glue that makes everything stick. We also love their creativity and how they work. Jon O'Sullivan, one of our DPs for many years, is a perfect example of exactly that partnership we have at RSP. From sit down interviews to Ronin gimbals, Jon brings an incredible combination of cinematographic talent and business mind to every single project he touches.

For the third year in a row we are behind the camera producing the White Coat Ceremony video for the Icahn School of Medicine. On campus capturing the b roll that brings the whole piece together before it plays on the main screen in front of hundreds of family members and loved ones during the ceremony itself. Three years in and this one still gives us chills every time that screen lights up.

From the kickoff call to pre pro to shot lists to being on set there is a lot that goes into what we do. One big part of being experts at putting the puzzle pieces together starts with our freelancers and what they bring individually to our productions.

Bryant Park NYC with Meta

Sixteen years ago Red Summit Productions was a Mac, a camera, an apartment & a dream in New York City. A lot has changed since then.

Growth for us has never just been about the numbers. It is about the quality of what we put out. You can do 100 projects a year but are they A+? At Red Summit the answer has to be YES every single time. Athletes, business professionals, podcasts, 40+ person crews, culinary productions, nonprofit work: we do it all and we hold ourselves to the highest standard on every single one.

Inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk and Sabrina Ramonov 🍄, this week we are expanding our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Substack and more. Our team and freelancers are proud of their work and we want to tell the world. Harriett has been leading that charge and we have never had more content to share.

And the space where all of this comes to life has grown too. NYC apartments to Flatiron to home during Covid and back again until we found exactly where we were supposed to be. Today we are on the 29th floor of the Grand Central Building with a full team, a gear closet stocked with everything we need, inspiration whiteboards, and conference rooms where some of our best ideas are born.

Thank you to the best staff in the game, the most talented freelancers, and the best clients in the business. Here is to a very busy fall!

We are proud to announce that Red Summit Productions has been working with Our Community Salutes to help tell their story through social media, PSA videos, and event reels.

Every year thousands of high school seniors make the courageous decision to enlist in the U.S. Armed Forces. College bound students get a big send off. Celebrations, ceremonies, recognition from their communities. Our Community Salutes makes sure these future service members get that same moment before they head to basic training. A ceremony, a community showing up, and the recognition they have earned and deserve.

Mike, our EP, is a board member of Our Community Salutes, and it has been incredible watching students take their oath of enlistment. These are young men and women stepping up in the biggest way possible and we believe in showing up for the people who show up for all of us.

We are honored to be behind the camera for this mission. Congratulations to the class of 2026.
