They say it takes a village to raise a child, but today, The Village NY wants to honor the incredible men who are the pillars of our village.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers, grandfathers, stepdads, tíos, and community mentors who pour their hearts into our youth. Thank you for showing up every day, leading by example, protecting our families, and building a legacy of strength and resilience right here in our neighborhood.

To every man standing in the gap, guiding the next generation, and holding it down for the community—we see you, we honor you, and we appreciate you.
Enjoy your day, kings!

Happy Juneteenth from The Village NY!

Today, we celebrate Freedom Day—honoring the profound resilience, brilliant culture, and enduring strength of the Black community.

They say "it takes a village," and history reminds us that freedom, progress, and justice are collective journeys. Today, we don't just look back at how far we've come; we lock arms and look forward to the work still ahead to ensure every member of our village can truly thrive.

Wishing everyone a day filled with reflection, joy, and community connection!
