We hope to inspire alumni to think creatively about capital—especially venture opportunities—while staying true to the values that drive their businesses forward.

Today, we’re excited to spotlight Annie Kaur , a trailblazing alumna from the UGA family who is making waves in the consulting world and beyond! 🎉 Every other week, we honor YOU—our inspiring Women of UGA alumnae who lead with purpose and passion.

Meet Annie Kaur:

🎓 Graduated in May 2019 with a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance, along with Certificates in Legal Studies and Actuarial Science from

🌟 During her time at UGA, Annie founded Actuaries at UGA and studied abroad at the University of Oxford—a testament to her drive and leadership!

💼 After graduating, Annie launched her career with KPMG and is currently a management consultant at Accenture. This summer, she’ll begin an exciting new chapter pursuing a full-time MBA at Columbia University.

🗽 Annie now calls New York City home, where she loves spending time with friends and family, shopping NYC’s sample sales, and creating content.

💌 She’s passionate about mentoring and sharing her journey! Feel free to reach out for tips on getting into consulting, studying abroad at Oxford, moving to NYC, or getting into a top business school.

Check out this photo of our Women of UGA Council Member .durrence (Ed.D. '04, BS 98) and her daughter, Olivia, who is a current UGA junior, as they performed in the during halftime. The band welcomed home alumni members as they celebrated 50 years of alumni band performances.
