The Bronx Community College Broncos continued their impressive turnaround on Tuesday afternoon, cruising to a 5-2 victory over the Queensborough Community College Tigers at Ohio Field.

The victory marked Bronx's third consecutive triumph and fourth win in its last five contests, as the Broncos have quickly reversed their fortunes after opening the season with an 0-2-1 record. Bronx improved to 4-3-1 on the season with the win, while Queensborough fell to 1-8.

Five different players scored goals for the Broncos, including Omar Sillah, Fnu Eselecha Ndemalalue, David Santa, Hanif Soule, and Tawfiq Amin.

The Bronx Community College men's soccer team's offensive chemistry has continued to blossom as the season has progressed, with the Broncos earning recent home triumphs over the SUNY Orange Colts and Dutchess Falcons. With the wins, Bronx is now 3-3-1 on the 2026 campaign!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent victims whose lives were taken, the families and loved ones who continue to carry their memories, and the countless first responders, firefighters, law enforcement officers, military personnel, medical professionals, and everyday heroes who demonstrated extraordinary courage and selflessness in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

Their courage, sacrifice, and compassion will never be forgotten.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
