Leadership should be collaborative, supported, and shared.
One of the questions that came up during our last C-Suite Recruitment AMA was about burnout. It's a good question.
We know many of our Hermanas are already leaders in their careers, families, and communities, so capacity and sustainability are priorities.
We are building a leadership structure with stronger systems that make shared leadership possible and keep Hermana wellness intact. No Hermana should feel like they're in this work alone.
C-Suite leadership will also require self-awareness, an understanding of our individual capacity and the boundaries we need to protect for ourselves and the Hermanas serving alongside us.
The goal is not to do everything.
It's to prioritize what really matters and move it forward together.
