Auriela’s study away journey took her across three global sites. While in Shanghai, she traveled with friends to Beijing, Harbin, and Suzhou, and even had the unique opportunity to research Spotted Lantern Flies native to the region, combining academics with hands-on cultural exploration🌍✨

Vivian’s study away experience was all about immersion, both in and out of the classroom. From going on field trips with professors to exploring each city’s culture firsthand, she was able to see how local traditions and global influences intersect in everyday life.

Some of her favorite moments were spent with friends trying family-run restaurants, discovering new foods, and experiencing different cultures in a way that felt real and immediate.

Vivian’s study away experience was all about immersion, both in and out of the classroom. From going on field trips with professors to exploring each city’s culture firsthand, she was able to see how local traditions and global influences intersect in everyday life.

Kaila’s study away experience was all about making the most of every opportunity. From exploring different cities across Italy to seeing musicals in London, she loved how NYU made it easy to experience each place in meaningful and memorable ways.

Beyond her host cities, traveling to new countries made the experience even more exciting, adding even more adventure to an already unforgettable journey ✈️🌍
