The Art Therapy Workspace is a welcoming space for art and design students to discover new strategies to manage stress and course workload, remove creative blocks, and complete course assignments. This workspace explores complex relationships between cognition, emotion, and behavior using art-based directives led by Sheila Fontanive, a licensed creative arts therapist.
This resource will allow you to explore art as a tool for self-expression and stress relief. Come with a course assignment and leave inspired, refreshed, and ready to take on your course workload with a new perspective.
