Our team members, Jake O’Loughlin and Sheri Nicholas, had a great time handling outreach this past weekend at the East Coast Softball Tournament in Pennsville, New Jersey.

“We met a lot of parents and coaches and we’re excited for the fall tournament. Go Hens! We hope everyone who received our UD Creamery coupons enjoyed a wonderful, sweet treat! Drop us a comment and tell us what flavor you chose!”

Maybe you've planned enough off-site meetings to know that the venue is rarely the concern. Choosing the space is kinda the fun part.

It's everything surrounding it that keeps you up at night.

The A/V that was confirmed three weeks ago — but can anyone actually verify that? The dietary changes you sent to catering — did those land? The room setup diagram — how’s the flow? The attendee list that's changed four times this week — are they using the latest version? And what about parking?

It can spiral into an energy-draining, time-sucking beast. We get it.

You may even feel like you end up in the same spot every time: Why is it so hard to find someone on the other side who already knows what you need, so you don't constantly have to keep on top of every detail? A single point of contact would be nice too. Someone who reaches out to you first, with updates and questions, so it’s not up to you to check in. We get that, too.
