How are you showing up as a leader today?

According to Dynamic Leadership instructor Kidde Kelly, self-awareness isn't something leaders achieve once. It's something they revisit throughout their careers.

The UD PCS Dynamic Leadership Certificate program helps leaders build the awareness, accountability and practical skills needed to navigate today's workplace challenges with confidence.

Delaware's future leaders didn't hold back.

Students at the 2026 Delaware Governor's School for Excellence engaged Gov. Matt Meyer in a thoughtful discussion on some of the state's biggest challenges, including health care, housing, education, environmental sustainability and economic opportunity.

The conversation was especially meaningful for Meyer, who attended Governor's School himself as a student and is the first Delaware governor to do so.

From questions about arts education and school funding to climate resilience and public health, students demonstrated the curiosity, critical thinking and civic engagement that define Governor's School.

As Meyer told participants:

"With this Governor's School comes an obligation. Find people who are left out and left behind and do whatever you can to help."
