At the April 28 Future of Work symposium hosted by the Leir Research Institute at leaders from industry and academia showed that the future isn’t humans or AI - it’s humans with AI. Led by Dr. Ron Bekkerman, Director of the Leir Research Institute, the conversation moved beyond predictions to what’s already here: shifting job expectations, data-driven decisions in every role, and careers that demand flexibility, continuous learning, and collaboration with intelligent tools.
