Vita Nova students presented a four-course menu for esteemed Lerner College guests and UD community in collaboration with Dewey Beer Co. Pairings included a ‘fish and chips’ inspired dish served with Sun Camp, Short Ribs braised with Sunset Eclipse Stout, and a fruit tart to complete the meal with Secret Machine Triple Berry!
