We have been around since 1992 and have grown tremendously. We are fully recognized by the university's Inter-Fraternal and Sorority Council and currently have maintained this status since 1993. Our sisterhood is built upon the four main pillars of Greek Life: Scholarship, Service, Leadership and Friendship. We also follow another set of principles that guide us to be better sisters and above all,
become better people. Sigma Psi Kappa is predominantly known for the Blood Drives that are hosted on our campus every semester. Other philanthropies we dedicate our time time include Kaleidoscope of Hope and the American Heart Association. We were the "Greek Week" for a three-year streak and had the title of "Greek Goddess" in '05, '08, and '10. But our notoriety doesn't stop there, in the past we have also been "Sorority of the Year" and have earned awards for being the "Sorority with Highest GPA." Aside from our recognitions, we are a group of women who enjoy having a great time, celebrating our achievements, going out to dinners and watching movies, relaxing over the semester breaks or simply just shopping for the afternoon. We have so many interests and are uniquely diverse in culture, philosophies, and backgrounds. Our sisters are a varied range of majors from Theatre to Chemical Engineering, with many choosing to double major. Our motto, sisterhood by friendship, resonates to our cores. Although each sister has our differences, we always will be sisters.
