The first UDREAM workshop on Starting the Semester off Right and Staying on Track will be held Wednesday, Sept. 9 at 4:30 p.m. in Purnell 102. The workshop aims to foster a proactive approach to learning, enhance time management skills and promote overall wellbeing, ensuring students can achieve their academic goals while enjoying a fulfilling college experience.

This spring, sport management major Samantha Matisoff completed her capstone by serving as an operations intern for the International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) run by Dr. Matthew Robinson, UD professor of sport management.

Matisoff coordinated planning and logistics for multiple aspects of the program including the scheduling of virtual jury presentations, reviewing visa documents, booking transportation for participants traveling to IOC headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland and communicating with international sport federations to arrange coach visits.

She traveled to Lausanne for a week in April, visiting World Rowing and World Taekwondo headquarters while also managing participant presentations and graduation ceremony materials.
